I was visiting the area from out of town when my dog split a nail well above the quick. The techs looked at it and consulted and squeezed us in between appointments right away to make sure my baby was OK and we could continue enjoying our vacation. A topical anesthetic, a wrap and a prescription later and she was good as new.

Absolutely awesome vet! Takes care of me and my pets very well! I will not trust any other vet with my babies!! Great prices and beyond friendly staff!

If Tyson were given the attention he needed when we brought him to your clinic, we would have found out about the tumor earlier. There would have been surgical options, or we could make sure he was comfortable in his final days while we said goodbye.

Alright so this is a cheaper clinic which is why I began to go here. I've brought my rats to the exotic vet multiple times as well as my ferret. Long story short, the problems were never solved. She told me twice to just keep an eye on a problem my ferret has been having. When I said that wasn't good enough she gave me medicine that would definitely improve his bowel movements which has actually made it worse. I also returned a month after my recent visit to get more flea meds, I return home then go to work. I then receive a call from the vet asking if I gave the revolution to him yet. I said no I decided not to until I'm able to bomb. She said good cause they gave you a dosage for a 5lb cat, not a ferret. This would've turned out fatal and j would've lost my ferret. I told myself I wouldn't return here but I can't find another exotic vet that isn't crazy expensive... I like the people here they're all extremely nice, I just wish my animals problems would be resolved instead of covered up.

Tyson was almost 13 years old, and we had a feeling something was wrong due to recent behavior. We took him in for your expertise, and your team talked us into a battery of blood tests, senior panel, heartworm tests, etc. The results came back that everything was great, yet Tyson died a week later.

The young lady at the checkout deal was very pleasant and constantly apologized for the delay.

I’m extremely saddened that your team failed to do its due diligence with our senior dog. The emergency vet informed us that blood tests wouldn’t have shown this tumor – one of the most common tumors in dogs. Yet we were recommended all those blood tests, and not an ultrasound?

A family friend recommended Regner clinic. Glad he did. Our first visit for a second opinion for surgery for Scooter was a great success. So much so that we decided to have Dr. Sarah Longfield perform the surgery. The entire staff was very friendly, professional, and attentive. Dr. Longfield explained everything to our understanding and satisfaction.

A very good visit.

I know I can’t change what happened to Tyson. All I can do is advocate for my other pets when they need someone to really care, and go that extra mile for their health. The next time someone brings you a senior animal and tells you that something is wrong, I hope you dig a little deeper for them and get to the root of the problem so their pet has a better end of life experience than mine suffered.

Dr. Regner,

My family has been taking our pets to your clinic since we moved to Illinois in October 2016. We have had a good experience up until our most recent visit, and I felt I needed to share my disappointment in how your clinic fell short for our bullmastiff, Tyson.

Scehduling the surgery was a breeze as well.

Tyson’s last day was terrible. He was home alone suffering for several hours while his body and organs shut down - we had no idea anything was wrong when we left him home that morning. How would we know? Your staff told us everything looked great ONE WEEK EARLIER. By the time we found him and got him to emergency care, the tumor in his heart had burst and cut off oxygen to his body. His prognosis was poor and we had less than an hour to say our goodbyes.
