What a wonderful service
Carly was just a delightful waitress. Food was great and hot. That is important. My birthday dinner was terrific.
Not much to say. It's a chain of course. With a formula. But they do what they do rather well. Good value. (If you can get to Kenosha, there are some non-chain restaurants.)
As always, be nice to your servers (I hear it sucks to work there.). Tip: if there is a long wait (usually there isn't), see if you can find a seat in the bar.
The food is always good but for some reason they always crowd you into the first room when the rest of the restaurant is empty. For the prices they charge I would like a little bit less of a fast-food feel
Steak was cooked and seasoned perfectly! Service was outstanding! I highly recommend this restaurant (at least at this location)
We were seated quickly for a party of 9. We had two servers. That was not to be the case. The servers were slow and failed to inquire about our needs. Then only one server which was too much for him, as he would often be a ghost. I would not recommend this location. Food was okay. Soup was lukewarm were alright, not enough sauce for pasta entrees.
