This has got to be my worse online shopping experience EVER! I will never shop here again. Returned item, no credit, item lost, waited on hold for over an hour (with horribly annoying repeating music) only to be placed on hold again another 3 times for 10 minute intervals. NEVER AGAIN. EVER
